Maya is a young, charming, beautifull 13 year old Pantheras who recently entered in the age of the puberty. Her body quickly changes (her breast grows and her hips plumps out) into a body of woman and she already looks very attracitve (think Maya has the body of normal second year or even third year girl)

She has green cat's eyes and shoulder long dark blonde hair. She has cat's aggility and nimblesness of moves.

Maya is one of the gifted first year students. (think Hermione of Amber academy ) She is awsome at most of her classes. Her weaker fields are: herbology, potions and magical creatures (the creatures feels that Maya is a shape shifter and it makes them nervous.

Maya has a fluffy red cat with amber eyes called Jena.

Facts, gossips and rumors about Pantheras:

• Generally only girls inherit their mothers shape shifting abilities (and so become Pantheras) Boys who are born from Pantheras mothers are usually normal representative of their fathers race.

• Very rarely a male Pantheras (a boy who is able to shape shift) is born. He is very vicious and is usually a bad sign (the last male Pantheras was born just before the Patternfall - or any other thing that destroyed Amber)

• Pantheras are very beautiful (their pheromones are very strong) and often seduce married men. Normal (shadow) women hate them for that.

• Memebers of High Houses of Chaos like to keep Pantheras' as a sex toys cause they make extraordinary lovers / mistresses

• Pantheras are recognized by their green cat eyes (they have them even in the human form). That's why folks call them "Kitties" or "Cat eyed"

*Pantheras doesn't have a menstrual cycle like normal women. Instead she has oestrus twice a year (in March and in May) Oestrus lasts 3 weeks and it's the only time when Pantheras can become pregnant. During oeastrus Panthera is very prone for sexual contacts and can be easily seduced (the oestrus can even make her go to bed with a man she hates or despises. Good explenation for that would be the heroine of "Dark Angel" series with Jessica Alba. Jessica played a felinine mutant who had the type of oestrus I'm thinking about. She had to be very careful not to take a strange man into her bed during her oestrus)
